  I was very happy that they agreed to drive me home if the repair would take a while as I had no other transportation. The A/C was covered under my warranty so only cost me $100 for that. Of course there were other things not covered. I was at first disappointed that they didn't tell me it was covered under my warranty since I bought it from them (the car and the warranty) and they should have known. Initially they said that it would cost me several hundred dollars. But after I questioned wasn't anything covered under my warranty, they said oh yeah it was. After that the service was good. It took a few days and they gave me a really nice loaner car. I am happy to have nice cool air in this summer heat.
  So I do recommend them and their work, but just be on top of the price and make sure it is correct, don't just blindly agree. Also some of their work comes with lifetime guarantees so if you have had the work done previously and it needs to be done again, you have to mention it to them (such as pads when you have the breaks done) as this is another thing they don't check before quoting the price.
  I do think it pays to have the dealer do the repair work though so you know you are getting quality parts.
