  I am surprised to only see few reviews here for these guys & felt the need to post one after having Jim, one of their associates saving my behind "again" almost 5 years after my purchase.
  Contrary to other reviewers with 1star ratings (which usually indicate emotions rather than objectivity) , I am more than satisfied doing business with these guys, & this is why:
  I've bought a Vibiemme Double Domobar machine from them more than 4 years ago, and a Behmore coffee roaster two years later. These guys can arrange quality, serious equipment for you that you won't find at an average store, and all at competitive prices.
  If you're into high end espresso equipment which usually cost arm & a leg, its very important to deal with a professional company where their staff are knowledgeable & stand behind their products down the road. If you are an espresso snob like myself & end up getting a quality machine / grinder, one of the first things you'll notice is that these machines weigh a ton & when you need something serviced there aren't too many businesses who are knowledgeable enough or are equipped so to service your machine, & I live in Los Angeles. Having that said, I very much appreciated getting valuable advice from 1st-line staff on several occasions which resulted me troubleshooting & fixing the problem while preventing the headache & cost of shipping or physically taking your heavy machine for service.
  Thus before you spend your hard earned coins to get a machine, think about preventing future headaches & the piece of mind you'll get by purchasing your unit from these guys who stand behind their product even "years" down the road as was the case for me.
