  Just called to talk about carpet cleaning and was hung up on. Woman could not have been ruder. I talked to her and tried to find out about the company. I asked her how she was doing and she answered, Hello ? What do you want? I asked if this was an answering service or the actual company, No it isnt.(It isnt which) . I asked is this the Carpet Cleaning business? She hung up. Goodbye to a customer. Great first impression.
