  This gym is awesome. I have been going to this gym for a little over a year. My weight is down and my energy is up. After being in traction for 3 months because of lower back issues, I went to Pete and he started me on stretching. I did a 5 mile walk recently after not being able to walk 10 feet. The owners seem to really care about your results making sure things are done the proper way. Pete and Keith are always willing to explain the exercise and the part of the body that will be used. I highly recommend them!!!
