  i had to drive my sister to her appointment, it was her first time ever getting waxed, we walked in, the place looked BEAUTIFUL and the woman at the front desk appeared to be very nice. As soon as she’s ready for my sister to go into the room, i had sat there in the lovely waiting area. The woman had asked me to LEAVE because she was the only woman working and there was no one going to be at the front desk. I found that extremely insulting, especially being first time customers. why have a waiting room for guests then ? why not hire more staff ? So i had to walk to my car that’s 2 blocks away (because parking is absolutely atrocious) and wait for my sister to be done with her appointment from inside my car. Poor taste in customer service. My sister was pleased with her wax, will have to give them another chance but still not very happy.
