  I used to love the weight room but after a while it became stale and I tried to do circuit style training on my own which was difficult to self-motivate. Working with John gives me what I want in a workout routine, and more (learning some boxing techniques as well as conditioning). The training sessions are early in the morning which I find to be a great way to start my day, but in the event that life events get in the way, there is flexibility on when you can come sweat it all out. Cannot wait to see what new heights I can reach by being consistent with this program.
  
  TL;DR This gym is awesome, John is awesome. Come workout.
