  I am so impressed with Immediate Appliance. They were very professional in handling my repair. Discovered the problem and reviewed the expense with me before proceeding. They called before the repairman arrived to ensure I was home. He arrived within the window the office originally gave me.. both times. The repairman (Mike R) was professional and very competent. He cleaned up after changing the part and was very personable while working on my refrigerator. I would call Immediate Appliance next time I need a repair done.
