  I would give one star but I'm giving two simply because my husband loves to shop the men's Arizona collection and they are affordable.
  But otherwise... their lines are incredibly slow even if there are only one or two other people in line.
  Today, during the holidays, they had one man working upstairs. When I asked him why they did not have another worker there to help, he said they don't have that many workers and they didn't hire anyone for the holidays so far.
  Also, I had a terrible experience with the photo section of their store
  Went with my 4month old baby and my 3 year old nephew. They were so happy and well behaved while we waited. The previous session ran late, then the only photographer in house had to take a 10 minute phone call. After waiting 40 minutes, my nephew became very fussy and could not hold still any longer. My daughter, though not happy anymore, was still well behaved. She sat for photos in which the photographer only took 5 total photos. That is not an exaggeration. She literally took 5 photos. Then when my daughter actually DID crack a smile, the photographer was too busy looking at the laptop at the previous photo she had just taken. She literally checked the photo every time she snapped one, wasting another photo opportunity each time.
  
  She did not once apologize for being so late, and instead insisted we should have gone to their "satellite" photo area down the hall. Well maybe if someone mentioned it we would have. So she basically passed the blame to us for not getting our photos on time. To top it off, it's not even like we had a later appointment. It was at 11:15. No reason to be THAT late for one of your very first appointments. We walked out without a single photo. How could we? You need to take at least 20 photos to get one good one. I have photography experience, so I'd know better than most. Don't waste your time here.

  Any time I’m here I have to wait like 20 minutes on line even if only one person is in front of me. Can’t stand it. It’s so obvious why retail is dead when you’re in this JCPenny.
