  Went here after i had a horrible experince at a DIFFERENT LOCATION. My story... Dropped my rings off to be rhodium plating as they were becoming dull. Once they came back 3/15 i went to pick up and they were messed up. They then had them for a month until today when I came to pick up, thinking they fixed it, nope, still messed up. They didn't seem to care to much and told me my best bet was to go to a different store...after going to the other store the lady there said they were even rude to customer service when they called and asked what happened. I unfortunately had to exchange my messed up rings I have had for 6 years, but Louise at freehold raceway mall was wonderful and helped me exchange.
