  Recently used Keystone to reside my cedar 2000sf home.
  We began the process in December but there was a delay on materials through January.
  Instead of beginning the work in the cold of February, EJ was kind enough to hold off until March, hoping we’d have better weather as the house would be uninsulated for a few nights and I have 2 young children.
  Work on the house began on Thursday March 8th and was finished Saturday March 10th.
  The workers returned Monday March 11 to finish the shed and tidy up.
  The shed was finished in a few hours.
  
  Today was the first real day home during daylight to check things out. I did a walkaround.
  
  THE GOOD
  John and EJ were great to work with.
  The completed job is astounding, the house looks fantastic.
  The subcontractors were workhorses and obviously very skilled at what they do.
  The house was completely stripped and resided within 3 days.
  
  THE ANNOYING
  The job cost $16,000 (approx). We began with an $8000 payment with balance due on completion. Early in the week I made the second payment of $4000.
  On Friday, before the job was completed, the office called for the last $4000. I informed them I would call on Wednesday the 14th for final payment. I got a follow up on Friday, 2 calls on Monday, a call on Tuesday, two calls early Wednesday.
  
  THE NOT SO GOOD
  The clean up wasn’t great. Its little stuff, but it matters.
  
  It is our garden and I have 2 young kids. They wanted to go out to play and I wont let them until we complete a proper cleanup.
  
  As we were clearing nails, hundreds of them, my 2yo daughter brought me a ‘little stick’ which she got from one of the cigarette butt piles.
  
  We had some damage to a garden wall and vent cover, there are some wires laying on the ground, and there are some building materials in boxes in the yard I'm guessing I'm to dispose of (its nothing I can use for repair, justt seems left behind in ripped up boxes).
  
  FINAL IMPRESSION
  Overall they did excellent work, but at $16,000 I would have expected more care taken for cleanup. Its that attention to detail that makes a job imho.
  But would still highly recommend for work done and won't hesitate to use in the future.
