  My experience here has been terrible. I am getting laser hair removal for my full face, which I was told included eyebrows, cheeks, chin, lower neck, etc. I began treatment in August and was told I could not get my eyebrows done until winter because it was "too hot". It is now January and so i asked Dr. SINGVHI if we could start with eyebrows. He said yes, but did not ask me about how I wanted them. I said I only wanted the sides that lined my temple and my hair line to which he began lasering. He did under my brow bone and above my eyebrow even though I did not request it. When I got up and looked in the mirror, he had singed off all my eyebrow hair from the beginning part of my right eyebrow. Literally, burned right off, I swept my finger across it and the hairs came off like dust or ash. I now have a ridiculous looking eyebrow and I do not know if it will grow back, I hope it does. This was extremely careless. When I confronted the doctor, he laughed me off saying it looked fine and would grow back because I "have a lot of hair". Yes, I do in some places, but actually, not in my eyebrows and it has taken me years to shape them properly. I am so upset and frustrated by this lack of professionalism. In addition, the Secretary is incredibly rude every single time I have ever been in the office, not to mention, my appointments have been cancelled many times due to the doctor leaving, then rescheduling is incredibly difficult and I end up having to make appointments several weeks after my 6 week recommendation. Overall, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere! I would like to insert a picture of how my eyebrows look, I took a picture while still in the office, but I am no sure how to upload here...
