  Awful place! Walked in to buy my husband suits for Christmas. Immediately the older lady there asked what I was looking for. I told her and the exact size of my husbands suits. She then asked me if he was here to try them on, as I replied “no, they’re for Christmas”. She then asked is he was fat, tall, medium etc., The first thing I said, and over again was his size. Then she went on to say that they are really expensive suits, $600. I said I know that. Then she pointed me half across the store to where I could find his suit size, without looking at my face, almost like she gave up because I wasn’t worth her time. Unbelievable! I could not believe how snooty that lady was! Such terrible service! Maybe because I was in gym cloths. I don’t know but it really upset me. I then went down the escalator saw Quails, walked in and bought 3 suits and a coat from them . I couldn’t believe the difference in customer service and how nice they were. So helpful and no profiling!

  This company has gone downhill as a whole. One of my groomsmen went to pick up their tuxedo and the pants were missing and the shirt was ripped. How do you not have someone checking rentals that are incoming or outgoing? Also, I have groomsmen coming from out of town who wanted someone to pick up their tuxedo for them and pay over the phone for it. Apparently they don't accept payment over the phone. Complete joke. I advise everyone to consider using another company when renting anything.
