  I was very happy on my actual visit with this Doctor. However today I received a call from an employee named Roslyn from I'm guessing the billing department. I seem to have a $50 balance (which I was not aware of) she goes to me " I'll send you out another statement maybe this time you will pay" ( in a very rude tone) and hangs up. I call back to speak to her about her horrible customer service she yells " Don't yell at me and hangs up the phone" never did I yell at her not once. This practice was great to me but never have I been spoken to this way! Not pleased at all
