  I don't know if this is a policy at Victoria's Secret, because I went to the Eatontown location and the girls behind the register did the exact same thing. But typically, when you are behind the register and you see a line forming, or a person standing there waiting to check out (aka spend money at the store you work in), common sense is to say "Next," or " Can I help you?" The girls at the register, at both locations, did neither, just walked away, began having conversations, and were beyond rude. And I recently went to the Eatontown location and was approved for the member's card, however it takes some time before the card is delivered to your address. So when I stopped in today to purchase an item, I was told I could still put the purchase on my card, to redeem points and to show that I was being active with my account. I replied yes and after three failed attempts, I was told to pay with cash/card, which is something that I wanted to do from the very start. I will say that there was an associate, at Freehold, who was very nice, patient, and helpful. And the guy who finally rang me up, at Eatontown, was kind as well. But better customer service is needed!
